Cecelias is a family owned & operated upscale Italian restaurant conveniently located in the heart of the Elmwood Village of Buffalo. In the year 2000, with the passing of their mother Cecelia, owner Dave Barbara & chef Mike Barbara were inspired to dedicate a restaurant in her name. With the help of their uncle, Cecelias Ristorante & Martini Bar was born in July 2001 and encompasses the essence of Cecelias homemade Italian cooking. Cecelias is uniquely different. Rooted in the warm flavors of contemporary Tuscan, Cecelias promises food enthusiasts a truly enjoyable dining experience.
